Hi guys, I'm sorry for not a post in over a week, but it's very hectic at the moment, I have a lot of school work to do, my fall finals are starting next Monday and I can't get an internship, which is mandatory for our school in the next period. But of curse I have to chill ones in awhile, so me and one of my best friends went to this cafe next to the harbour to eat and just talk and just relax a bit. I really love these pants that I found in Mango at the Oxford street in London, they are so comfy and look really good. They were a little too long when I bought them that I would have to walk in high heels every time I'd wear them, so I just shorted them a bit so I could wear them with flats as well. When I jumped in my car and was about to drive of I realized that I'd forgotten my sunglasses at home. The sun was shining a bit too much for me to see without sunglasses, so my friend borrowed these to me. I think they are the coolest pair of sunglasses I've ever worn. I hope you are all surviving the school start, and have had a great week and a greater weekend.

Moikka kaikki, anteeksi etten ole jakanut mitää yli viikkoon, mutta on ollut vähän hektistä, minulla on paljon koulu tehtäviä, syksyn kirjoitukset alkavat ensi maanantaina ja en ole vielä saanut mistään työharjoittelu paikkaa, joka on pakollinen kaikille ensi jaksossa. Mutta tottakai on pakko ottaa vähän rennommin silloin tällöin, niin menin yhden parhaan ystävän kanssa yhteen kahvilaan sataman vieressä, syömään ja puhumaan ja vain ottamaan rennosti. Rakastan näitä housuja jotka löysin Oxford streetin Mangosta Lontoossa, ne ovat erittäin mukavat ja näyttävät tosi hyvältä. Ne olivat kyllä vähän liian pitkät kun ostin ne, että olisi muuten ollut pakko käyttää korkokenkiä aina niiten kanssa, mutta lyhensin niitä vähän, niin että voin kävellä myös balleriinoissa. Kun hyppäsin autoon ja olin ajamassa meidät kahvilalle, niin huomasin että olin unihtanut aurinkolasini kotiin, ja aurinko paisto ihan täydellä teholla niin en olisi nähnyt mitään ilman niitä. Onneksi ystäväni lainasi minulla hänen aurinkolasit, jotka ovat varmaan siisteimmät aurinkolasit joita olen ikinä käyttänyt. Toivottavasti olette kaikki vielä elossa koulun alkamisen jälkeen, ja että teillä on ollut hyvä viikko ja vielä parempi viikonloppu.

BANANA PANCAKES

Hi guys, hope you've had a lovely start for the week. I wanted to share with you these delicious banana pancakes I made a few days ago. I always felt really skeptical about banana pancakes, that will they be as good as normal ones and do I even want to try them out. I follow these Swedish Youtuber/blogger Linn Ahlborg and i found the most simple recipe from one of her videos. You put one banana (recommend one a bit green), and two eggs in a blender, and then you just make them as you would make normal pancakes. I actually liked these, but I can't compare them to normal pancakes because they are in different ways good. Have a great week and talk to you later :).

Moikka kaikki, toivottavasti teillä on ollut mukava viikon alku. Halusin jakaa kanssanne nämä ihanat banani letut jotka tein tässä pari päivää sitten. Olin aina tosi skeptinen banani lettujen suhteen, mutta ajattelin antaa niille mahdollisuuden. Seuraan Linn Ahlborgia ruotsalaista Youtubettajaa ja bloggaajaa, ja löysin maailman helpoimman reseptin hänen yhdestä videosta. Laitat yhden banaanin (mieluiten vähän vihreän), ja kaksi kananmunaa blenderiin ja sitten laitat taikinan paistinpannulle ihan kuin tekisit normaaleja lettuja. Tykkäsin aika paljon näistä, mutta niitä ei voi verrata normaaleihin lettuihin koska ne ovat ihan eri tavalla hyviä. Hyvää viikkoa kaikille ja nähdään myöhemmin :).

SLEEK MAKEUP

Hi guys, today I thought that I'd share with you one of my favorite makeup brands, sleek makeup. I'm obsessed with their highlighting palette. It's so pigmented and the lightest highlighter is light enough for me. When I decided to buy a cream contour palette I was thinking about buying the Anastasia contour kit, but then I found this Sleek one instead and I think it does it's job, but of course I can't compare it to the Anastasia contour kit. I use the Face Form Contouring & Blush Palette for my daily makeup. The contour powder isn't too dark for me and the highlighter is really good as well, the blush is really pigmented so it's easy to put too much and end up looking a bit weird or having to blend a lot. I think that Sleeks makeup is really good quality and an affordable price as well, I really recommend them. Hope you've had a great week.

Moikka kaikki, tänään ajattelin jakaa kanssanne yksi lempi meikki merkeistäni, Sleek makeup. Tykkään tosi paljon highlighter paletista. Se on hyvin pigmentoitu ja vaalein highlightteri on tarpeaksi vaalea minun iho sävyyn. Kun pääti että aion ostaa cream contour kitin mietin ensin Anastasia contour kitin ostamista, mutta sitten löysin tämän Sleekin sen sijaan ja mielestäni se tekee kyllä työnsä ihan hyvin, mutta tottakai en voi verrata sitä Anastasian kittiin. Käytän jokapäiväisessä meikissäni Face Form Contouring & Blush Palettia. Sen contour puuteri ei ole liian tumma minulle, ja highlighterikin on tosi hyvä, poskipuna on tässä aika tumma ja pigmentoitu, niin pitää varoa ettei sitä tule liika niin ettei näytä ihan oudolta tai sitten pitää istua aika kauan blendaamassa. Mielestäni Sleekin meikit ovat hyvää laatua ja lisäksi aika hyvä edullinen hita, suosittelen kyllä niitä. Toivottavasti teillä on ollut mukava viikko.

UPDATE

Hi, sorry for not having posted for quite a while. My school started last Wednesday and we jumped right in to having a lot of work to do. I'm also taking a kind of prep course in math for my finals and that took up all my evenings this week, and to top it all of I got a cold on Thursday. I hope I'll get better soon so I can get back to posting. Hope you all understand, have a great weekend.

Moikka, anteeksi postauksien puutteesta vähän aikaan. Kouluni alkoi viime keskiviikkona, ja aloitimme heti tekemällä paljon töitä. Käyn myös iltaisin matikka kertauskurssilla joka oli iltapäivisin, ja kaupan päälle sain flunssan torstaina. Toivottavasti paranen pian niin että pääsisin takaisin postailemaan. Toivottavasti ymmärrätte, ja hyvää viikonloppua kaikille.

BLACK AND WHITE

 

Hi guys, so today we went to Hyde Park and walked around in the beautiful greenery. We ate ice cream and had a really great lunch beside a lake watching a lot of swans. Then we went back to the hotel to pick up our luggage before leaving for the airport. Now I'm sitting in the first class lounge eating delicious food and drinking some champagne with my dad and enjoying my last day of vacation, because tomorrow I'm going back to school. I'm a bit excited to get back to my day to day routines, but of curse I'm a bit sad that my summer just flue bye. Hope you're still enjoying you're summer vacation.

 Moikka kaikki, tänään kävimme Hyde Parkissa ja kävelimme ympäri kauniissa vihreässä ympäristössä. Söimme jäätelöä ja erittäin hyvän lounaan joen vieressä joutsenia katsellen. Sitten menimme takaisin hotellille hakemaan meidän matkalaukut ennen lentokentälle lähtöä. Tällä hetkellä istun first class loungessa syömässä hyvää ruokaa, ja juomassa samppaniaa isäni kanssa nauttimassa viimeistä loma päivää, koska huomenna alkaa koulu. Olen kyllä hiaman innoissani että pääsen takaisin joka päiväiseen rutiiniin, mutta on tottakai myös vähän haikea olo että kesä lensi ohi. Toivottavasti olette nauttineet kesä lomastanne.

BARRAFINA

Hi guys, yesterday my dad wanted to eat Spanish food for dinner, so we googled and we found this place called Barrafina. There were bar desk and on the other side chefs making the food. The customer service was just amazing and the staff was so nice and funny just like they are supposed to. It didn't hurt that they were all good looking. When I was a little girl me and my friend were going to marry a French chef, but now I have to say that I rather marry a Spanish chef :). The food was just amazing, the best Spanish food I've ever tasted. The food was also so beautiful, and you could sit there and watch them create very beautiful food. If you're ever in London you have to go and check it out. Have a great Tuesday. 

Moikka kaikki, eilen kävin isäni kanssa syömässä espanialaista ruokaa illalliseksi, googlasimme ja löysimme paikan nimeltä Barrafina. Siellä oli baari tiski ja toisella puolella kokit tekemässä ruokaa. Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista ja työntekiät olivat tosi mukavia ja hauskoja niin kuin niitten pitäisikin. Ei se myöskään haittanut että kaikki olivat hyvän näköisiä. Kun olin pieni tyttö minä ja yksi kaverini päätettiin että menisimme naimisiin ranskalaisen kokin kanssa, mutta nytten kyllä menisin mielummin naimisiin espanialaisen kokin kanssa :). Ruoka oli taivallista, parasta espanialaista ruokaa mitä olen ikinä maistanut. Ruoka oli myös niin kaunista, ja pystyi istua katsomassa kun kokit loivat sitä kaunista ruokaa. Jos löydätte itsenne joskus lontoossa, niin käykää syömässä siellä. Mukavaa tiistaita kaikille.

BEST MONDAY EVER

Hi guys, so today was the last whole day in London, feeling so sad because I really liked this city. In the morning I went to the gym to start the day on the right side, then a very nice breakfast, and nowhere to rush so got to put makeup on without stressing which was just perfect. My dad went to work and went to Oxford street shopping, found some really nice stuff. I bought myself my first Kate Spade calendar, so excited for starting to use it, it's so chic and a plus is that you can use it for one and a half year. I also found myself the white pants I was talking about in a previous post, and this time they fit perfectly. I also found a great duvet jacket for fall, because that's what's waiting for me home in Finland. Hope you had a great Monday.

Moikka kaikki, eli tänään oli viimeinen kokonainen päivä Lontoossa, surullinen koska tykkään Lontoosta tosi paljon. Aamulla kävin salilla aloittamassa päivä oikealla tavalla, sitten tuli syötyä hyvä aamupala ja ei ollut minnekkään kiire niin sain meikattua ilman stressiä. Isäni lähti töihin ja minä Oxford sreetille shoppailemaan, löysin pari tosi kivaaa asiaa. Ostin itselleni ensimmäisen Kate Spade kalenterin itselleni, olen niin innostunut aloittaa sen käyttämistä, se on niin tyylikäs ja se on jopa puolitoista vuotta pitkä. Löysin myös itselleni vihdoinkin ne valkoiset housut mistä puhuin entisessä postauksessa, ja tällä kertaa ne istuivat täydellisesti. Löysin myös untuvatakin syksyksi, koska semmoista säätä odottaa minua kotona suomessa. Toivottavasti teilläkin oli mukava maanantai.
